Warriner Constructions completed my home in Mar this year. They are a small boutique builder with many years experience in the area. If you want a builder who is highly organised, fast, and very particular with his trade teams, Glen is your man. He's local to sunshine coast and uses the same local tradesmen for all his work. This is a huge advantage over the big volume builders. Big volume builders will take a year or more, and it's pot luck with what tradies you get. The advantage with Glen is that he is the builder, organiser, site supervisor, admin and customer service contact. You'll be able to custom build every part of your home from the floor plan, inclusions, type of flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, and his standard inclusions are very generous and high quality. With help, we designed a perfect floor plan for our family, with a double raked ceiling, floating vanities, floor to ceiling tiling, back to wall bath and toilets, owner supplied appliances, extensive cupboard and storage space, Security Doors and Screens and generous electrical inclusions. You'll get to design your kitchen as well. No way could you do this with a big builder at a half decent price. Most of his tradies have been working for him for years, from Cutting Edge Cabinets who did a great job on the kitchen, Moffat Beach Flooring installed stunning floors, Scaussie Electrical with the Electrical fitout. All his tradies are reliable and do top quality work. Glen maintains a very reasonable builders margin so you don't get ripped off with extras and changes. My home was built in 14 weeks plus a couple of weeks off for Xmas. Any minor issues picked up by my building inspector were quickly rectified. It was a great experience from start to finish. If you are considering builders, definitely get in touch with Glen at Warriner Constructions. Get in quick cause he usually only builds 4-6 homes per year. We recently moved to the Sunshine Coast from Geelong in Victoria, where we had previously built 2 homes with a high end Volume Builder with a reputation for using the best trades and great finishes. After flying to the Coast to meet with agents for prospective 🏡 homes in late Dec 2024 and left without the home we were looking for, but by sheer luck with an internet search we found "The Diamond 💎 in the Rough" showing a Custom home at near completion by WARRINER CONSTRUCTIONS. We made the offer and bought this Sensational Home sight unseen and flew up a week later to meet with Glenn and his agent. What an incredible experience with an easy procurement process. Upon inspection, this home oozed with High End finishes and incredible workmanship over and above our previous builds which we thought were good. This is a direct result of an owner/builder on the tools and site to manage his reputation and expectations of his tradesmen.When you build with volume builders, your end result is dependant on the site supervisor and his/her attention to detail whilst managing multiple other builds under pressure to meet time lines and budgets in a rush to move on to the next build. With Glenn at Warriner Constructons this does not happen, he doesn't cut corners. Also Glenn will have your home built sooner than a volume builder because of his presence in the build.
