Warriner Constructions is a family owned business located on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. The Director of the Company is Glenn Warriner and Glenn has been a Caloundra local for over 30 years. Glenn spent much of his first 20 years living on the Sunny Coast building and renovating property from Caloundra to Noosa, whilst enjoying many of the coast’s wonderful beaches during his down time!
In an effort to ‘Do it his way’ – provide QUALITY SERVICE/QUALITY RESULTS, approximately 10 Years ago Glenn along with his wife Tanya, began their own company and Warriner Constructions is now well known in the local area for building quality new homes.
Glenn is on-site and on-the-tools daily to ensure each project runs smoothly and efficiently. Monitoring the progress and quality of a build is essential and as Glenn is on-site every day he can oversee and ensure the quality of a build at every stage.
Warriner Constructions employs a full time Carpenter along with a long list of sub-contractors who have been working for Warriner Constructions for many years, all of whom are extremely reliable, have excellent workmanship and a high standard of pride in their work.
Tanya is currently studying Interior Design with the Design Institute of Australia and enjoys bringing together all the colour schemes and finishes to each room, either for a new spec home or in conjunction with clients to create their very own dream home. Tanya is the contact and liaison for clients, and she also performs a varied list of office administration duties.
Glenn and Tanya have two young boys, Talys and Zanye, and their wish is to build up a successful company so their boys have an opportunity to carry on and continue to build the business if they wish to do so.
